I have never read a Harry Potter book, and I never will.However, I have bought a couple for my nephew,as they are popular books for children.
I have to say that JK Rowling deserves total respect.Here is someone that has become a success through sheer talent.She is seriously minted, and she has balls of titanium! Who else would stand her ground to Hollywood with regard to which actor would play Harry Potter?She knew that Harry Potter was a British character and no goddamn Yank was going to play him.Respect to the max!

On top of that, she is never trying to prove that she is a superwoman like some some pop stars who want to act/model/design clothes and direct movies.Victoria Beckham who was blessed with zero talent is the polar opposite.Her skill is solely to appear in the papers in the latest outfit.She is the British version of Paris Hilton.No matter how ridiculous she is, the media still seem obsessed with her.
For those people who think that appearing in a reality TV show will guarantee fame and wealth.Think again.
