In the future, when the BBC broadcast one of those nostalgia programmes like I LOVE 2000s, we will look back at our celebrity obseessed culture and ask why?
No one symbolises that culture more then Victoria Beckham. Who is she? A complete talent free zone who managed to marry a good looking footballer?A pushy Essex girl who regards herself as classy, a publicity hungry woman who consumed with the need to be in the spotlight? She's all of these things.
If you want to see an example of vulgarity ,narcissism and massive ego, then look no further than the Beckhams.Above all else, their primary goals(pardon the pun) are fame and the wealth.
Yet, our media pay so much attention to her. She has been elevated to a level of celebrity that is ridiculous. She cannot sing, she can't dance and her attempts to be a TV interviewer was cringemaking. Her talent is to appear in the media, to increase her profile.Compare her with JK Rowling, someone who has real talent(and even more money), she never feels the need to be in the papers or to turn up at A-list bashes. People with real talent don't have to try to be stylish.
The weirdest thing is that when she was in the Spice Girls,Victoria Adams, as she then was,cut the least imposing figure. In fact, she hardly said a word!
If there are aliens out there, please take her away!

Mind out, I'm on my way. OK, where is the earthbitch? We on planet Zogg, have a special place for pug nosed boney aliens, it's called a Zanussi. It preserves them as examples of what we on Zogg like to call "terrible mistakes" to teach our little Zogglings what the Gods of Zogg could turn them into if they don't eat their blues at mealtimes.
